Julien and Catherine set up the Pipaillon workshop in 2014, at the heart of Brussels, with a single goal: using old-fashioned savoir-faire to make decidedly contemporary & rock preserves in glass jars.


Pipaillon was born by evidence: inspired by our happy childhood memories, Pipaillon restores the scents and flavours of seasonal crops.
Aunt Yvonne would be happy to see that we keep on working with the same copper marmites for our preserves.


At Pipaillon, we commit to sourcing outstanding organic ingredients from the best local farmers, who respect their land and the future generations.
